It all started on a day with a short naptime. To combat both of our crabbiness, we headed out to the antique mall and found this brass fawn. I scooped her up without a second thought. A bargain at $10, I think. She's more than a foot tall!
Some people have a weakness for chairs or a certain kind of dishes. Me, I have a weakness for animal figurines.
Then after a visit to my grandma's house yesterday, I was finally convinced to take this large, slightly scary reindeer Christmas decoration.
It needs a makeover, but I think it could be a cute place to tuck small Christmas gifts after I scrape off the googly eyes and puffball nose and give it a quick paint job.
